  1. Since certain prices are only available to Costco online registered members, please login to your Costco online account to view all item prices. If you do not login or have not registered as a Costco online member, you will not be able to view all prices.
  2. The original price, discount amount and actual selling price (inclusive of delivery charges) of an item will be displayed on the product page. Any other extra charges will also be clearly shown on the product page.
  3. "Online Exclusive" refers to items that are only available on Costco Online Shopping, but not available at Costco warehouses at the time of setting up the product page on Costco Online Shopping. However, an exclusive item for online purchase may be available at Costco warehouses over time. Costco reserves the right to change the online exclusive status of an item any time.
  4. Back in stock notification: When an item is back in stock, the system will notify you according to the method you selected (e-mail / SMS). Please do note that this notification does not guarantee that you have the priority to purchase. The stock availability and price shall be based at the time you ordered the product.

Shopping Cart

  1. You may add items to the "Shopping Cart" and checkout any time. If you have logged in to Costco online account, the items added to your "Shopping Cart"will be removed after 28 days. If you have not logged in or registered as a Costco online member, the items added to your "Shopping Cart" will be removed from the computer or electronic device after 14 days.
  2. If there are multiple color options for an item, the color thumbnails on the product page are only general color references that are similar to but not actual product colors. Please view the product images for the actual product colors.
  3. You may view "Product Description","Product Specifications"and "Delivery and Other Details" on the product page for all details of a product.

Checkout

  1. You must login to your Costco online account before checking out.
  2. The system will automatically validate your Costco membership details before checkout. In case your Costco membership expires, holders of Primary Cards and Family Cards can renew membership online at the page of "Renew Membership Online", and continue the checkout on Costco Online Shopping after renewal. Holders of Business add-on Cards cannot purchase online until the holder of Primary Business Card has renewed the membership of Business add-on Cards.
  3. You can pay for purchases only after all checkout information has been entered.

Payment Method

  1. Costco Online Shopping website accepts online payment through the Costco Fubon Co-branded Card, the China VISA Co-branded Cards and the Co-branded Cards issued in China/US/Canada/Mexico/ Korea/Japan, while no payment can be made through online ATM service.
  2. For issues related to transactions, authorizations and verifications of Costco Fubon Co-branded Card and other non Costco Fubon Co-branded Card, please contact the card issuing bank.
  3. To avoid duplicate payments, please follow the instructions online payment page to complete each step of payment and do not click the "Confirm" button repeatedly.
  4. Installment payments are not currently unavailable. you can use any valid Costco co-branded credit card to make a one-time full payment and complete your order.

Recipient Information

  1. When registering a Costco online account for the first time, you will be asked to provide a phone number and an address at the page of "Online Registration", which will be set as your default contact information and be imported into "My Address Book" under "My Account". The phone number and address must be a local phone number and address.
  2. You may also go to "My Address Book" under "My Account" to set the recipient information of any person other than yourself, which need to include a phone number and an address for the convenience of future delivery, and you may edit, add or delete the recipient information any time.

Electronic Uniform Invoice

  1. Uniform invoices for purchases on Costco Online Shopping will be issued in accordance with the "Implementation Directions for Electronic Invoicing" promulgated by the Ministry of Finance, and then uploaded to the "E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance" for record. You may visit the website to search your purchase history, or go to "My Order" under "My Account", click on the order number link to check "Order Details", and then click on the e-invoice number link to view the e-invoice details for the purchased item.
  2. There are three types of electronic uniform invoices, including "Cloud Invoice", "Donate Invoice" or "E-invoice (issued with a Government Uniform Invoice (GUI) number of a company, which cannot participate in uniform invoice lottery)".
  3. E-invoice carriers: You may choose "Credit Card Carrier (Only for Fubon Bank issued cards)", "Natural Person Digital Certificate Carrier", "Mobile Barcode Carrier"or"Costco Member Carrier". If you wish to choose "Natural Person Digital Certificate Carrier" or"Mobile Barcode Carrier", you must enter the carrier number you have applied for and obtained on the "E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance".
  4. If you use a Costco Co-branded Credit Cards issued in the US/Canada/Mexico/Korea/Japan/China to purchase, in order to avoid affecting your uniform invoice lottery winning rights, you may choose "Natural Person Digital Certificate Carrier", "Mobile Barcode Carrier" or "Costco Member Carrier" for E-invoice carrier.
  5. Uniform invoice lottery:
    • Credit Card Carrier (Only for Fubon Bank issued cards):Following the uniform invoice lottery announcement on the 25th of every odd month, the card issuing bank will notify you that you are the winner thereof. You may visit the "E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance" or use the multifunction kiosk of the 4 major convenience retailers to check and print the e-invoice document for redemption of award.
    • Natural Person Digital Certificate CarrierMobile Barcode Carrier:You may visit the "E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance" or use the multifunction kiosk of the 4 major convenience retailers to check and print the e-invoice document for redemption of award. You may also visit the "E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance" to choose your preferred redemption setting.
    • Costco Member Carrier:If you have not integrated your e-invoices into any other carriers, Costco will notify you that you are the winner thereof. Following the provision of the list of winning invoices by the "E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance" on the 28th day of every odd month, Costco will notify you via e-mail within 10 business days. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail notice using the 「中獎發票號碼」and「發票隨機碼」provided to print the winning copies of electronic uniform invoices on the designated interactive kiosks within the designated time frame. After printing, please ensure proper safekeeping of the printed copy as it will not be reissued under any circumstances.
  6. Integration of E-invoice:After completing the integration process for "Costco Member Carrier" at the "E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance", the notification and redemption of the winning invoices kept in "Costco Member Carrier"will be handled by the Ministry of Finance, and no further notification will be given by Costco.
  7. Invoice Donation:The default charity for donations of Costco is "United Way of Taiwan". If you want to choose another charity organization, you need to enter the "Social Welfare Organization Charity Code", which is listed on " E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance ". Once the E-invoice is donated, it belongs to the recipient organization and cannot be changed to another entity.
  8. After an order has been confirmed, the system will automatically issue an uniform invoice within 2 working days. You may go to "My Order" under "My Account", click on the order number link to check "Order Details", and then click on the e-invoice number link to view the e-invoice details.
  9. The "Costco Online Shopping Electronic Invoice Purchase Details" will be sent to your registered email address within 2 working days after the order is placed. If it is an electronic invoice of the current term, you can modify it directly in your email. Each E-invoice can only be changed once, and the review process takes three working days. If it is a non-current term E-invoice, please use "Contact Us" link for change relevant service. Changes cannot be made after the 3rd of odd months.
  10. Once the " certificate copy of electronic uniform invoice (personal account)" is issued in paper form, Costco will not notify you additionally for a lottery prize-winning uniform invoice. Please keep the certificate copy of electronic uniform invoice (personal account) properly to avoid affecting your right to redeem rewards.
  11. According to the e-invoice redemption policy of the Ministry of Finance, you may request for paper copies of invoices issued in the preceding period before the 3rd day of every odd month (e.g., you may request for a paper copy of an invoice issued in January or February prior to the 3rd day of March).
  12. Once you choose "E-invoice (issued with a GUI number of a company, which cannot participate in uniform invoice lottery)", it cannot be changed to "E-invoice (for natural person)" after the order has been confirmed.
  13. If the GUI number on the "E-invoice (issued with a GUI number of a company, which cannot participate in uniform invoice lottery)" is obviously erroneous so that the invoice needs to be re-issued, please contact Costco customer service center for assistance. Costco reserves the rights to re-issue such invoice.

Delivery Time

  1. We are unable to accommodate requests for home delivery at a specific time designated by you. The delivery hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Some areas may have Saturday delivery.
  2. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the parcel during the timeslot of delivery, the logistics company will contact the recipient again to schedule an alternative timeslot of delivery, and deliver the parcel upon confirmation. With the exception of certain products, the logistics company will attempt a maximum 3 deliveries within 7 business days.
  3. If the parcel is not delivered after 7 business days due to reasons attributable to the recipient, Costco will contact the logistics company to cease delivery, and our customer service center will contact the Costco member to cancel the order and refund the payment according to Costco's "Terms and Conditions Governing the Use of Website".
  4. Costco members agree to collaborate with the logistics company to expedite the completion of the delivery and installation of the products. If the reasons for the delay of a delivery or an installation is/are attributable to the Costco member, the recipient designated by the Costco member, or the recipient at the designated installation location, in addition Costco members agree to contact Costco customer service center to apply for an order cancellation and refund, Costco may also terminate the contract.   5. The estimated date of delivery shown in "Order Details" under "My Order" is only an estimate, and the date of delivery will be the day on which the item is actually delivered. Your kind understanding of any inconvenience that may arise is much appreciated.
  6. You may not be able to track delivery status since some vendors may use their own logistics systems or the systems of different logistics companies do not have the inquiry functions.

Order Confirmation and Delivery

  1. Once you have placed an order, this website will automatically generate an order number and send an e-mail or SMS to you. You may check order details and status of processing by going to "My Order" under "My Account", and then clicking on the order number link to view "Order Details".
  2. After the order is confirmed, the order status will be displayed "Created", and thereafter "Processing".
  3. You may cancel your order within 20 minutes after the order has been confirmed. Please go to "My Order" under "My Account" to confirm the order that you wish to cancel, and click on "Cancel Order", after which the system will automatically cancel the order.
  4. You may change your address for delivery or reduce the order quantity within 20 minutes after the order has been confirmed. Please go to "My Order" under "My Account" to confirm the information that you wish to change, and click on "Change Order"to edit the information.
    If the order quantity is reduced, the system will automatically recalculate the amount of purchase price and charge your credit card for payment by the issuing bank.
  5. You may request to cancel or reduce your order quantity between 20 minutes to 5 hours after the order has been confirmed. This option is only available for the goods shipped from Costco Logistics Center. Please go to "My Order" under "My Account" to confirm the order that you wish to request to cancel, and click on "Request Cancellation". If the system accepts the cancellation or the reduction in the order quantity, the system will refund the amount to your original credit card.The payment date depends on the operation of the issuing bank. (Costco-Cathay United Co-branded Credit Cards can be used until 2023/8/7, from August 8, 2023, if you have any questions about Costco-Cathay United Co-branded Credit Cards, Please refer to Cathay United Bank【Announcement】, Or contact Cathay United Bank customer service according to the content.)
  6. You will not be able to cancel or change your order 5 hours after the order has been confirmed. Please contact Costco customer service center if you require assistance with a refund. If the product has been delivered, you may apply for refund online or at your nearest Costco warehouse in Taiwan.
  7. After the order processing center has completed the relevant procedures, the order will then be forwarded to the logistics company for shipment and the order status will show "Shipped".
  8. If the items are damaged during shipping, Costco will notify you via short message service. In addition, Costco will cancel the purchase order, and will process a refund to you as soon as possible.
  9. After the order processing center forwards the order to the logistics company, you may check the name of the logistics company and the tracking number at "Package Tracking Status" by going to "My Order" under "My Account", and clicking on the order number link to view "Order Details". After clicking on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the logistics company's website for checking the delivery status. Please read the logistics company's privacy policy before redirecting.
  10. Multiple items in one order may be shipped by different logistics companies and/or directly by the vendors; at the same time, logistics companies may enlist the use of subcontracted logistics companies. Different methods of delivery will have different tracking numbers. Please refer to the list of subcontracted logistics areas . To check the delivery details such as tracking number(s) of your order, please go to "My Order" under "My Account", and click on the order number link to check "Order Details".
  11. In order to protect our members' personal information, a part of the recipient's name will be masked on the shipping label. Your kind understanding of a potential delivery inconvenience is much appreciated.
  12. If you require your warranty card to be stamped, please bring your Costco membership card, warranty card and proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, item details, etc., which can prove that such item was purchased from Costco Online Shopping) to your nearest Costco warehouse.
